One 20ft container (approximately 19.2 tons in 60kg jute bags). We cannot ship less than one container for B2B wholesale orders.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard terms: 30% deposit via T/T, balance 70% before shipment against copy of shipping documents. LC at sight available for established buyers.

What payment terms do you accept?

Yes, coffee samples up to 1kg are free. You only pay courier shipping cost (typically $25-40 to Philippines via DHL/FedEx). Samples ship within 2 business days.

Are samples really free?

Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, Packing List and Commercial Invoice are standard. SGS or other third-party inspection available on request at buyer cost.

What certifications do you provide?

Transit time is 7-10 days from Vietnam ports to Manila or Cebu. Add 3-5 days for customs clearance. Total lead time from deposit to arrival is typically 25-30 days.

How long does shipping take to Philippines?
